Email: valery@grid.net.ru

I was born in a nice Russian town Penza. During voucher privatization in 1992 in Russia I sold my voucher and bought ZX Spectrum. That's how I learned to program by myself. In the year 1999 I had begun my study at Penza State University at departement of Information Computing Systems, which was led by Edward Shakhov. In parallel I started to work at JSC Zolotaya Liniya ("Golden Line"), Penza as Engineer.

Although my work there included various duties, that allowed me to study multiple technologies, it did not allow me to pursuit career of Software Developer. In December 2004 I had accepted a challange to work as Software Developer in Yandex, Moscow. In parallel I was preparing my graduate work, that was focused on some aspects of grid computing. In Yandex I focused on developing of a billing system.

In spring 2006 I decided to move to Austria and in June 2006 I had started to work for a subdivision of international logistic company Knapp Systemintegration GmbH. There I had been working on realtime control systems for automatic warehouses.

Currently I live in Amsterdam.
